The
creator which creates and destroys, gives birth
to a new being, the goddess of the worldly life
force in Hindu mythology the given names of this
force are The Ratti, The Kali, The Ridhi-Sidhi,
The Laxmi, The Saraswati, and The Great Durga. Each
force has its own specific meaning, image and symbolic
metaphor.
I collected rolling stones lying here and there
from different places, gave them a wash, chiseled
a little bit, juxtaposed together, and arranged
them on a pedestal with pure pigments on the floor.
They assumed names of different forms: The Ratti,
The Kali, The Ridhi-Sidhi, The Laxmi, The Saraswati,
and The Great Durga.
